SDF arrests ISIS member in Syria’s Deir ez-Zor
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press)-On Saturday, the Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced that the SDF arrested an ISIS member during a joint operation with the US-led Coalition in the Shuhail area in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor.
“On April 16, our forces and the Global Coalition Against ISIS carried out a joint operation against an ISIS cell specializing in explosives in the Shuhail area,” the media center of the SDF said in a statement.
The statement added, “A terrorist was arrested and documents and tools used in making explosives were confiscated.”
