Northwest Syria’s Idlib, Aleppo countryside announce 10 coronavirus cases
IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – On Friday, the Syrian Interim Government of the opposition Syrian National Coalition announced the recording of 10 new cases of coronavirus in northwest Syria.
On its official account on the Internet, the Interim Government said that it recorded10 cases of the virus and 17 recoveries.
It indicated that it had conducted tests for 282 suspected cases in Idlib and Aleppo regions.
With the newly announced figures, the total number of the infections in the opposition-controlled areas has risen to 21,623, including 638 deaths and 19,661 recoveries.
On Thursday, areas of northwest Syria recorded 21 new coronavirus cases and 36 recoveries.
