US forces patrol in Syria’s Derik countryside
DERIK, Syria (North Press) – On Saturday, the US forces conducted a military patrol in the countryside of the city of Derik, in the far northeast Syria.
The US patrol roamed the northern countryside of Derik, North Press correspondent said.
The patrol consisted of four armored vehicles without air cover, where it later returned to its base near Derik.
On April 9, the US forces conducted a military patrol to the village of Ain Diwar and met with residents.
Last week, the US forces conducted three separate military patrols in Derik countryside that roamed the oil wells and Ain Diwar village.
