Russian aircraft renew strikes on posts in Syria’s south Idlib countryside

IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – On Wednesday, Russian aircraft renewed their airstrikes on areas in the southern Idlib countryside, northwest Syria, hours after targeting the outskirts of a Turkish post in the area.

Russian aircraft struck posts on the outskirts of the town of Bsanqul, Bsanqul forest, and the outskirts of the town of Muhambal, south Idlib, with high explosive missiles, sources from the civil defense told North Press.

For the second day, Russian aircraft continue escalating after days of relative calm in the de-escalation zone in northwest Syria.

On Tuesday, Russian aircraft targeted the outskirts of a Turkish post in the town of Bsanqul, Bsanqul forest and al-Qiyasat, in Mount Arbaeen, south Idlib, with several airstrikes.

Russian airstrikes targeted the outskirts of the Turkish post in the driving school in the town of Bsanqul, reporting no human casualties and no Turkish response until now.
