No commitment to preventative measures in Syria’s Hasakah countryside
HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) – On Tuesday, the markets of the town of al-Shaddadi, south Hasakah, witnessed an overcrowding and no commitment to the preventative measures from coronavirus, with the start of the total lockdown.
The total lockdown in Hasakah, Qamishli and Raqqa came into effect on April 6 and will last a week.
The town of al-Shaddadi suffers from the absence quarantine centers of coronavirus.
Locals accuse the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) of laxity in implementing total lockdown procedures.
