Government forces shell armed groups in Syria’s Aleppo countryside
IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – On Monday, Syrian government forces bombed positions under the control of the armed opposition groups in the western countryside of Aleppo, northwest Syria.
“The government forces positioning in the village of Miznaz, targeted Kafr Noran town, west Aleppo, and the surrounding area with artillery shells,” field sources told North Press.
“The shelling resulted in material damage in both public and private property,” the sources added.
The shelling coincided with the overflight of Russian drones.
Meanwhile, sources of al-Fateh al-Mubin Operations Room, which includes Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and other armed groups, announced that they killed two members of the government forces in Ma’arat al-Numan, south Idlib.
