Second US patrol in a day in northeast Syria’s Derik
DERIK, Syria (North Press) – On Tuesday, the US troops conducted a second military patrol in the countryside of Derik, northeast Syria.
Local sources from Rubarya village, southwest of Dirk, told North Press that an American patrol arrived in the village this afternoon and met with the residents.
The patrol consisted of four military armored vehicles without air cover, according to the residents.
In the morning, the American troops conducted a military patrol in the northern and western countryside of Dirk.
On Monday evening, the US troops had conducted a military patrol in the village of Ain Diwar, coinciding with the presence of a Russian patrol in the same place.
