DERIK, Syria (North Press) – Hundreds of residents of the northeastern Syrian city of Derik took to the streets on Thursday in a protest march marking the third anniversary of the takeover of Afrin by Turkey and its affiliated opposition groups on March 18, 2018.

The march was organized by the local council of Derik, and started from Azadi (Freedom) Square, going through the city streets to the youth center in the city.
