Seven new coronavirus infections in northwest Syria

IDLIB, Syria (North Press) –  On Monday, the Syrian Interim Government, a Syrian opposition government based in Turkey and associated with the Syrian National Coalition, recorded seven new coronavirus infections in northwest Syria.

The Interim Government announced through spreadsheets on its official website that the number of recent recoveries reached eleven and it has tested 450 suspected cases reporting no deaths.

On February 14, the Interim Government recorded 12 coronavirus infected cases and six recoveries.

With the new cases, the total number of coronavirus infections in the opposition-held areas has risen to 21,234 including 637 deaths and about 19,176 recoveries.
