New Russian reinforcements arrive in northeast Syria from Hmeimim

HASAKAH,  Syria (North Press) – On Saturday, Russian forces brought new reinforcements to their military base at Qamishli Airport and Amuda in northeastern Syria.

The convoy consisted of eight military vehicles and five tankers from the Russian base at Hmeimim, passing through Ain Issa, situated along the M4 Highway, and through the town of Tel Tamr on their way to military bases in Amuda and Qamishli Airport.

The convoy included logistical materials and fuel.

One vehicle was sent to Amuda, while the remaining vehicles and trucks headed to the base of Qamishil Airport.
