Dialogue with SDC continues: Syrian National Coordination Committee

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – The Central Information Office of National Coordination Committee for Democratic Change said on Thursday, that the dialogue with the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) is continuing, and added that “we have completed most of the paragraphs of the declaration of common principles.”

The issue of the dialogue of the National Coordination Committee for Democratic Change (NCC) with SDC raised an ongoing discussion in Syrian political parties, and more than one document was proposed.

The joint committee between the two parties discusses the practical procedural steps mentioned in the Declaration of Common Principles, The Central Information Office told North Press.

The principles included national education and freedom of movement for Syrians to and from the areas protected by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) without obstacles.

The principles also included that it is not permissible to impose restrict conditions on Syrians to move on their lands, whatever the circumstances, in addition to abolishing the compulsory conscription of youth and the release of political prisoners, according to the information office.

it pointed out that there is a common desire between the two parties to provide the reasons for the success of the dialogue in the coming period, “and we hope that a blockade will proceed in the common understandings in a way that achieves the interest of the Syrian people.”
