Child killed in an IDP camp in Syria’s north Aleppo
AZAZ, Syria (North Press) – On Friday, the body of a girl child, who was killed with a sharp tool, was found in her tent in Sejjo IDP’s camp on the Syrian-Turkish border, north of Aleppo, north Syria.
“The body of a 15-year-old Rafif Muhannad al-Hassan, who was displaced from Kfar Da’el village, west of Idlib, was found inside her tent with a knife in her chest,” a medical source told North Press.
“The child, who lived with her mother and a younger brother in Sejjo camp after her father died 6 years ago, was transferred to Azaz Hospital,” the source added.
Earlier in February, a body of a displaced girl from Homs was found in the agricultural lands near Akda camp on the Turkish border, east of Azaz.
The Turkish-backed armed opposition groups-held areas in northwest Syria have been witnessing a security chaos, including frequent killings and bombings.
