Suicide bombing kills opposition leader in Syria’s east Aleppo
AZAZ, Syria (North Press) – On Friday,an opposition leader was killed and 14 others were wounded in a suicide bombing in a camp of an opposition group in the village of Tel al-Hawa, east Aleppo.
A suicide bomber detonated himself inside the Sultan Murad Division’s camp, where there was a solace of a division member, killing the captain Abdulrazaq al-Khalil and wounding 14 others, an opposition military source told North Press.
Al-khalil was a military instructor in Tel al-Hawa village northeast Aleppo, the source added.
Armed opposition groups-held areas are witnessing security chaos amid the groups’ inability to settle security there.
On February 13, two civilians lost their lives and four others were wounded in addition to material losses in the area due to a VBIED explosion in a market in al-Ra’i.
