Syria’s Autonomous Administration records 7 new coronavirus infections
RAQQA, Syria (North Press) – The Health Board of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) announced the recording of 7 new coronavirus infections, two recoveries, and no deaths in its areas on Thursday.
The official AANES Facebook account quotes Health Board co-chair Jiwan Mustafa, who stated that the new recorded infections were three men and four women.
The recorded infections were two in Deir ez-Zor, one in Hasakah, one in Derik, one in Tabqa, one in Raqqa, and one in Tel Tamr.
According to the new the statistics on new cases of coronavirus in the Autonomous Administration regions, the number of infections has risen to 8,523, including 296 deaths and 1,218 recoveries.
