HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) – An Iraqi refugee was killed on Wednesday evening in front of his tent in Hawl Camp, east of Syria’s Hasakah, by an unidentified person.
Sources from the camp administration told North Press that Yunus Muhammad Hamid was hit by three bullets in the head in front of his tent in the first sector, and died instantly.
The Internal Security Forces (Asayish) of the camp found, hours earlier, the body of the Iraqi refugee Ahmed al-Hassoun in front of his tent in the same sector, where he was killed with a pistol by unidentified persons.
Recently, the camp has been witnessing cases of killings with silenced pistols, which are likely behind cells belonging to the Islamic State (ISIS).
On December 1, the Asayish found the body of a refugee, who had been shot by unidentified persons.
