Syria’s Autonomous Administration records 216 new coronavirus cases
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – The Health Board of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) announced the recording of 216 new coronavirus infections and four deaths in its areas on Wednesday.
Jiwan Mustafa, co-chair of the AANES Health Board, declared that the death cases were of a man and a woman from Qamishli, a man from Hasakah, and a man from Girke Lege.
Jiwan Mustafa stated that the new recorded infections were 119 males and 97 females: 24 in Raqqa, 24 in Manbij, 25 in Qamishli, 32 in Tabqah, 18 in Kobani, 5 in Amuda, 21 in Hasakah, 24 in Derik, 13 in Girke Lege, 8 in Derbasiya, 4 in Tirbespi, one in Jil Agha, one in Rimelan, one in Hawl camp, three in Deir ez-Zor, two in northern Aleppo
The recovery of 6 cases were also recorded, according to Mustafa.
The Health Board of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) announced the recording of 150 new coronavirus infections and three deaths in its areas on Monday.
According to the new the statistics on new cases of coronavirus in the Autonomous Administration regions, the number of infections has risen to 4164, of which 119 died and 693 recovered.
