We accomplished Kurdish United Position, Kurdish official

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – Both the PYD-led Kurdish National Unity Parties and the Kurdish National Council in Syria (ENKS) )a coalition of Syrian Kurdish political parties allied with the opposition Syrian National Coalition) have accomplished the Kurdish United Position, Saleh Gaddo, secretary of the Kurdish Democratic Left Party, announced on Saturday.

In a special statement to North Press, Gaddo said, they would reveal the details of the Kurdish United Position in the coming days.

This step was a unique step and a victory to the Kurdish political movement, Gaddo added.

He pointed out that the current discussions are tackling the issue of the Autonomous Administration and the method of how to join ENKS in its institutions.

Regarding those Kurdish political parties that preferred to stay out of the intra-Kurdish dialogue, Gaddo said that they “Will work hard to unify the Kurdish ranks with all its political, social and cultural communities.”

In an exclusive statement to North Press last week, Muhammad Ismail, an ENKS official, said that they would participate in all the main institutions and directorates of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.

He further added, their participation should be shared equally, and with the participation of other communities of north and east Syria.
