Al-Rahman Corps realigned its  ranks within the Opposition Syrian National Army, after  it was centered in the countryside of Afrin, and organized training camps, of which graduated the first course last Thursday.
The Corps, which was formed in 2013 in the eastern Gouta , fought the Syrian government forces for many years in Damascus capital at Jobar neighborhood . After getting out from Ghouta area, it changed its name to “Brigade 26.”
The course has adopted the name of Al-Rahman Corps  chief of staff “Dia’ Eddin Al-shaghouri”, who was killed in the final fights in the eastern Gouta, between the Armed Opposition Forces and the Syrian government forces, that controlled the area in March 2018.
The ceremony  witnessed a military parade of the trainees and speeches by some of the National Army leaders, who classified the Syrian Democratic Forces, the Government Forces and ISIS as one front against them. The ceremony was held at the headquarters of 26th Brigade (formerly the 135th Brigade) in Qibar village of the city center of Afrin.
Meanwhile, the crops, that pulled out from the eastern Ghouta and neighborhoods of Damascus earlier, expressed their readiness to participate in the Turkish attack on the East Euphrates that controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces backed by the International Coalition.
