A car bomb explosion in Afrin resulted in casualties

A car bomb exploded this morning in a market in the city of Afrin, northern Aleppo countryside, causing a score of killed and wounded people.
Photos obtained by North-Press showed great destruction at the location of the explosion, in “Lukman Center” street. 
There was no confirmed information on the number of casualties, but according to preliminary reports published by some unofficial accounts of the Syrian armed opposition groups, vehicles appeared carrying some of the wounded to the military hospital in the north of the city.
13 cases have arrived to the military hospital as 6 of them have been moved to Turkish hospitals, according to sources from the military hospital.
It is noteworthy that the Syrian-Kurdish region of Afrin has been witnessing a state of security tensions since the Turkish army and the affiliated armed opposition groups have taken control over the city, 18 March, human rights organizations concerned with documenting Turkish violations in Afrin have reported more than 100 explosions in the city and its villages a year and a half ago.
