SDF regains control of a number of villages amid ongoing Turkish violations of the agreement

The area of Abu Rasin/Zarkan and others of Sere-Kaniye (Ras al-Ain) eastern countryside, has been heavily bombarded by the Turkish military and Turkish affiliated armed opposition groups TFSA, amid fierce clashes, in which the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have regained control over more than 12 villages in the last 24 hours, while negotiations over the international highway M4 took place between a Russia military delegation and a Turkish one.
The Turkish artillery targeted the areas of al-Asadiya, Bab al-Faraj and Um Eshba of Abu Rasin / Zarkan area, al-Mahmoudiya area of Sere-Kaniye eastern countryside, and al-Qasimiya area of Tal Tamr district. While places in Kuleh area, where it includes Christian lands, have been bombed by Turkish military and the affiliated armed opposition groups, in constant breach of the bilateral agreement.
Moreover, Fierce clashes took place between the Syrian Democratic Forces SDF and the Turkish military and the affiliated armed groups in the rural areas of Ras al-Ain and Tal Tamr, where the SDF regained control over villages in the countryside of Abu Rasin and Tal Tamr, including al-Qasimiya, Um Eshba, Um Shuayfa and Faisali, and other villages. The clashes are still ongoing, as Turkey’s backed armed groups are trying to advance towards Tal Tamr countryside, as reliable sources confirmed to North-Press that a second day meeting was held between the Russian and Turkish forces, aimed at driving armed opposition groups off the international road M4, which is linking Iraqi borders to the city of Aleppo.
Furthermore, the sources added that the negotiations between the Russian and Turkish military delegations focused on the withdrawal of Turkish-backed armed opposition groups, at a distance of 4km away from the international highway M4, as these armed groups are cutting the road from the outskirts of Tal Tamr to Kantari village on M4.
In a related context, Russian war-planes hovered in the airspace of Tal Tamr, in conjunction with confirmed information to North-Press about the arrival of a Russian military patrol to Cattle Station in the town of Tal Tamr.
