Ongoing attacks by Turkish-backed armed groups on Abu Rasin countryside

Clashes continue between the military forces in the vicinity of Tal Tamr and the countryside of Abu Rasin (Zargan), north of international highway M4.
North-Press reported clashes between Syrian government forces and Turkish-backed armed opposition groups on the axes in the countryside of Abu Rasin, southeast of Ras al-Ain, as a result of attacks by the latter on the area.
The attack was focused on areas of Rabia and Tal al-Ward villages, in an attempted advance by Turkish-backed armed opposition groups in the area, despite reports of a planned agreement based on the withdrawal of those armed opposition groups from the surrounding areas of the international highway M4, to be received by the Russian and Syrian government forces.
Combat operations were accompanied by intensive shelling by the armed opposition groups and targeted operations by Syrian government forces in the area, causing further casualties among the ranks of attacking armed groups, which have lost hundreds of their militants since the beginning of the Turkish military invasion in northeastern Syria.
Moreover, North-Press reporter has briefed an attack by Turkish drones and Turkish artillery and rocket shelling in support for those armed opposition groups.
Meanwhile, North-Press received information from local sources, which reported that the armed opposition groups abducted a some local civilians in the village of Arisha, including women and children, before their withdrawal which followed the advance of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the village.
