Heavy shelling by Turkey-backed armed groups causing civilian injury in northeastern Syria

The Turkish-backed armed groups bombarded today villages in the outskirts of the town of Ein-Issa and some villages in the countryside of the town of Tal-Tamr, west of Hasakah, the armed groups' shelling led to a civilian injury and material damage to civilian properties.

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Press Office indicated that a local farmer was injured in the village of Bir-Naz, in Ein-Issa, while he was working in his farmland, as a result of the shelling that targeted the village by the Turkish-backed armed opposition.

SDF Press Office added that the attacks that targeted the village of Tal-Muhammad in Tal-Tamr, and the villages of Bab al-Khair and Mesharfa in Abu-Rasin (Zargan), with mortar shells and rockets, have caused material damage to the civilians' homes and properties.
