Renewed airstrikes on Idlib after a relative improvement in weather conditions

Airstrikes on Idlib resumed in the de-escalation zones on Saturday morning, after witnessing a relative calmness during last night hours, due to the improvement of weather conditions, while targeting continues in the axes of contact between the Syrian forces on one hand and the armed opposition groups (jihadists) on the other hand.
The Syrian fighter jets targeted the city of Maarat al-Numan, Khan al-Sabl, Masaran and Deir al-Gharbi in al-Maara countryside, in addition to Damascus-Aleppo highway by heavy machine guns, while helicopters threw barrel bombs on the city of Maarat al-Numan, Tal-Manas, Maar Shamshea Deir al-Sharqi, Babolin and Heish, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The Syrian News Agency (SANA) has reported that Syrian army units carried out concentrated artillery and missile strikes this morning, targeted sites of the terrorist groups and their axes in the city of Maarat al-Numan and the towns of Saraqeb, Maar Shorin, Maar Shamsha and Tal-Manas in Idlib south-eastern countryside.
