A civilian injured by Turkish bombardment on southern Afrin

On Friday, a civilian from the village of Aqiba, in the Sherawa district, southern Afrin, northwest of Syria, was wounded after Turkish forces and armed opposition groups targeted the village with artillery shelling.
Local sources told North-Press that the Turkish forces and the affiliated armed opposition groups, on Friday morning, targeted the villages of Soghana and Aqiba with more than 9 shells, which resulted in the injury of civilian Mahmoud Sido from the village of Aqiba.
Two shells also landed in the vicinity of the town of Tal Rifaat in the northern countryside of Aleppo, coinciding with shelling on the villages of Soghana and Aqiba.
The Turkish bombing targeted, at the end of March, the Deir-Jamal road in the northern countryside of Aleppo, with more than 15 shells, which resulted in material damage.
The Turkish forces and their affiliated armed opposition groups bombed the village of Aqiba on the 25th of last February with dozens of shells, three civilians were killed and three others were injured.
10 civilians, including 8 children, were also killed and 13 others were wounded in a Turkish bombing on the town of Tal Rifaat on December 2 last year, the bombing targeted one of the main streets in the town.
