Syrian government forces continue their violations of the ceasefire agreement on the fifth of last March, targeting areas in Mount (Jabal) al-Zawiya in the southern Idlib countryside, in northwestern Syria.

A field source in Idlib said to North-Press: "On Tuesday, Syrian government forces targeted positions of Turkish-backed armed opposition groups in the areas of Kansafra and al-Barah in Jabal al-Zawiya in southern Idlib countryside."

Meanwhile, Turkish military drones are still flying continuously in the airspace of the de-escalation zones in northwestern Syria.

Yesterday, Syrian government forces targeted positions of Turkish-backed armed opposition groups in the areas of al-Kabinah and al-Hadadah in the northeastern countryside of Latakia.

The ceasefire agreement in the de-escalation zones entered its 54th day in a row, in light of repeated and continuing violations in the region.
