Internal security forces damage a hand grenade in Qamishli

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – Internal Security Forces (Asayish) supported by engineering teams exploded a hand grenade in Khalij street south of Qamishli, on Monday, without knowing its source. 

North Press reporter briefed that two civilians found a hand grenade thrown in Iskandarun roundabout in Khalij street,  and informed the Internal Security where the latter destroyed it. No casualties or material damages were reported. 

 

Earlier, on June 7th, Qamishli city witnessed a hand grenade explosion near Internal Security Forces checkpoint in Helko south of Qamishli, resulted in the death of an unidentified person.
