Autonomous Administration of NE Syria to lift the curfew completely
(North Press) – The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria announced on Sunday that it will lift the partial curfew on Monday.
This lift comes after about 3 months of the lockdown imposed to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
“Except for Tayha and Tabqa that are opened for humanitarian cases, all crossings remain closed until a decision is issued by the executive council of the Administration,” the Autonomous Administration posted on its official Facebook account.
The Autonomous Administration imposed a complete lockdown on March 21st that was transferred into partial later and was extended 6 times to end it tiday, Sunday.
Areas of the Autonomous Administration recorded 3 cases of coronavirus infection, one of whom died while the two others were recovered, according to a statement by the Health Board.
