Yesterday, the Syrian Ministry of Transport announced the start of flights to evacuate Syrians wishing to return from a number of countries back to Syria.
In implementation of the decisions of the government team concerned with confronting coronavirus, the Ministry stated that on Monday, SyrianAir will begin flights to evacuate Syrian citizens who want to return from a number of countries to Syria.
In a statement quoted by the official Syrian government news agency SANA, the flights will take place over several days and with binding health measures and procedures, in addition to medical supervision from the Ministry of Health.
The first flight with 250 Syrian citizens on board is scheduled to return from the United Arab Emirates today.
