Opening a kindergarten in Derik to teach children skills and develop their abilities

The Women's Office of the People's Municipality in Derik (Malkiya) city opened a kindergarten called "Kulilke Rojava" on Saturday, in the presence of children and their parents.
The co-chair of Derik Municipality, Rojin Chetto told North-Press that they have started the project since 2016 and it was officially opened today. According to Getto, the number of children enrolled in the kindergarten has reached 35 children so far, while registration is still open to those wishing to be registered.
Moreover, they made discounts of up to (50%) of the monthly fees for the displaced people and the children of martyrs, which amounts about 5,000 Syrian pounds, while the kindergarten receives children between the ages of 8 months and 5 years.
"The aim of the opening of the kindergarten is to teach children all the skills and develop their educational capabilities in a recreational way," Chetto said, noting that a special program has been prepared by four – teacher- staff, who have experience in dealing with children.
