The fifteen-year-old girl Bisan Sadiq, from the town of al-Kufr in As-Suwayda countryside, didn't know that her death was waiting for her on the afternoon of last Wednesday, by the twenty – year – old son of her town, because she and her family refused his proposal to her, wishing to continue her studies and her passion for playing music.
In an interview with North-Press, a member of Bisan family, who asked not to be identified for private reasons, said that: "On Wednesday afternoon, the perpetrator Rami Khaled Hadifa, waited for Bisan's father to go out to work at 5:30p.m, where he knocked the door of her house at about six, and shot her with a pistol as soon as she opened the door, and threw a grenade at her inside the house, affecting the girl's mother, who tried to remove the bomb, with serious injuries, while the young man was fatally injured and died in front of the house."
He pointed out that "the perpetrator was known for his bad reputation and behavior, he had previously threatened Bisan and her family more than once, due to their refusal to accept her engagement to him, but they had no idea that he would commit this heinous crime," he said.
Bisan family said during a speech at her funeral on Thursday: "Bisan was the joy of the house, the most beautiful chord and melody at the music class. She's never knew that the hands of treachery, criminality and barbarity were so close. She'd never have believed that our streets were filled with weapons, bombs and drug bags in the hands of the criminals, in a town of which its people have always been cooperating, loving and striving for a decent life."
It is noteworthy that the governorate of As-Suwayda suffers from a security chaos, at a time the relevant institutions refrain from putting an end to the outlaws, of the perpetrators of kidnapping, murder and robbery.
