Mother of Rezan Jolo, the civilian who was executed by Turkey affiliated armed opposition groups, demanded the trail of her son's killers, those who shot him dead on his way back to Sere-Kaniye / Ras al-Ain.
Mrs. Shari Mustafa Sido has told North-Press that she has identified her son's killer after contacts with him and by sending audio clips and pictures of him.
She said that she demands the prosecution of her son's killers of Turkey affiliated armed opposition groups, who killed him "for no reason".
Rezan Jolo, a civilian from Sere-Kaniye / Ras al-Ain was executed by Turkish-backed groups on the 15th of October, at the entrance of Sere-Kaniye / Ras al-Ain city, while he was trying to return with three other civilians, Mustafa Sino, Rasho Mahmoud and Abdul Razzaq Hesso.
Two civilians out of three, who were with him were executed, while Abdul Razzaq Hesso managed to escape despite his injuries.
Pointing to a photo on a phone in her hand, Mrs. Shari continues saying: "This is my son lying on his back, wearing navy trousers and a white shirt."
"My son Rezan woke up early in the morning and found that his children need clothes and without shelter. He told his wife and said to me that I will go to bring some of my belongings and my ID which I left at home," she went on quietly.
Rezan's mother described the last moment of her walking out fleeing the city which was attacked by Turkey all of a sudden, "when the warplane bombed near the industrial zone and the village of Mishrafa, they went out without any thing," she said.
Then she stressed that she tried, with maternal instinct, to prevent her son from going to the city, however, "he refused that and said that I will watch the situation first, and if I find a way, I will go in with some people from the city," she said.
She added that she had repeatedly asked him not to go, but he went out with his wife to the front yard and gave her 1,500 SYP and kept the left 1,500 SYP with him, saying that he may need them as a road fare.
When he arrived at the village of al-Mishrafa which overlooking Ras al-Ain city, his wife called him to find out whether he had arrived in the city, he answered her: "Yes, Rasho and the nephew of Abdul Razzaq Mustafa Sino and I." Fifteen minutes after that call, his wife called him again, as an Arabic speaker answered telling her: "Who is Rezan? Rezan is dead, we slaughtered him!" then hung up the phone."
His wife couldn't believe that, saying: Maybe Rezan is joking with me by giving the phone to someone else, and she gave the phone to our neighbor who was standing next to us. As the neighbor called, once again, someone who was speaking in Arabic answered and said: "Why are you asking about this person? We slaughtered him."
His wife started beating herself, saying: "Either they have arrested him or killed him," and started to hallucinate and I tried to calm her down, according to what the mother has described.
Mrs. Shari Sido continued saying: "The next day she got a call from his phone and someone said: 'Are you Rezan's wife?, We knew it from your husband's phone, sister, excuse us, we killed him by mistake', she answered them while crying: 'Why did you kill him, you could stop the car and arrest him, why did you kill him in the car?."
The mother added: "a day after, they sent us pictures of the others after killing them and pulling them out of the vehicle, where they were covered with blood, they told us: "to be sure, we killed these infidels ", she said to him: "How did you know after killing them?! You don't know their identity nor their nationality, and you didn't listen to them, you didn't know whether they were militants or civilians, after killing them, you say that they are civilians?!"
"Why didn't you capture them at the beginning?" Rezan's mother told the pro-Turkish National Army's militants.
The mother said that all this talk was done by sending audio clips, as then he asked for forgiveness, and "offered help to return to Sere-Kaniye / Ras al-Ain, even if we want to travel to Turkey, both his wife or me, or stay in the city," Rezan's mother said.
Rezan's wife replied: "You know, his mother, me and his three orphaned children were left without support. We don't have the price of bread and we live in a rented house."
The killer from Turkish-backed armed opposition groups said: "Come to the city, we have buried him near the mosque, we have dug a grave and prayed for him". The wife replied: "You don't know God or how to pray", he said that he has buried him with the driver Rasho in Hajj Hajar mosque at the entrance of the city on the road to Hasakah, according to Rezan's mother.
She added that he sent his photo, and he introduced himself to them, so they can go to the city and recognize him immediately, and said that his name was Haytham from Sultan Murad Battalion.
Shari Sido said that, Rezan's wife broke her phone's sim card out of anger and decided to travel to Iraqi Kurdistan Region with her three children, saying: "I asked them to stay so that I wouldn't stay alone, and the children started crying. Neither I nor can they live without each other. They have gone for 20 days, and I don't know how to catch up with them, I want someone to help me to go to them," the mother began to fall apart.
"I can't sleep all night, I saw my son's children in a dream today while hugging me and asking me: 'Why don't you come to us, mother?', they are young children, the eldest is 13 years old, the other is 12 years and the youngest is 7 years old," she added in a weak tone.
Rezan's mother confirmed her claim of her son's right who was killed unjustly for no reason, adding: "After they killed them in the car, they threw them to the ground and ran over them with their feet. They took a pack of cigarettes out of someone's pocket and 1,500 SYP from my son's pocket. They came only for money and theft".
