A U.S. convoy withdrew across Ali Farro road passing through Qamishli to Simalka border-crossing, coinciding with intensive overflights of the US jets. While it had entered about 100 empty trucks accompanied by 6 US armored vehicles in the morning from Kurdistan region of Iraq.
According to the agreed plan by the US-Turkish agreement regarding a ceasefire for 120 hours, during which the US forces withdraw from northeastern Syria, a large part of the Global Coalition forces withdrew from the military base in Serrin, located in the southern countryside of Kobani, while only a small batch remained inside the base.

Meanwhile, the Turkish-backed armed opposition groups continued to violate the alleged agreement and carried out an attack on the villages of Wamida and Kfaifa in the countryside of Tal Abyad, amid civilian fears of Turkey-backed armed groups.
The movement of displacement from the villages of Ras al Ain and the extended areas between it and Tal Tamr and Abu Rasin continued toward the city of Hasakah to join tens of thousands of others displaced people from the same areas.
On the other hand, several demonstrations denounced the Turkish military operation, where thousands of displaced people from Afrin in the northern countryside of Aleppo held a demonstration, expressing their rejection of the Turkish invasion and violations, demanding the international community to stop the Turkish aggression.
