In turn, the Autonomous Administration signed a document with the German delegation concerning delivering four German children to their government.

It’s worth mentioning that the Autonomous Administration has returned hundreds of children and women of the Islamic State (ISIS) to their countries after contacting their governments, while many other countries still refuse to take back their citizens, amid demands for the establishment of an international tribunal to try the members of Islamic State group, who are numbering thousands in the Administration’s prisons in northeastern Syria.

About 300 orphans of ISIS militants are currently in the camp, according to the official records of Al-Hawl Camp (50 kilometers east of Hasakah city),  113 of whom are taken care of by humanitarian organizations in centers within the camp, while the rest of them have been adopted by the families of ISIS.
