A Committee of Self-Administration Seeks a Mechanism to Move Women and Children from North and East Syria Camps
The Self-Administration in the north and east of Syria formed a committee to learn about the conditions of the camps, as well as the necessity of moving women and children from there.
According to a statement by the Co-Chairmanship of the Executive Council of the North and East of Syria, the formation of this committee came at the request of the sheikhs and elders of clans during the forum held in the first week of this month, where they focused on the need of getting children and women out of Al-Hol camp and other camps.
Furthermore, the Committee went to Al-Hol camp, which was the first camp to stop at, in the north of Syria, where a discussion with the camp’s management will be made to drew up a mechanism for getting women and children out of the camp.
The first batch will be out before Eid, and other batches will follow, until there will be no more women and children in the camp. According to the committee
