Stop Syrian`s refuge asylum applications in Germany
The Central Office of Migration and Refugees in Germany temporarily suspended Syrian asylum applications after a period of preventing deportation.
The decision came after a condition study on the Syrian situation, which described that the Syrian war ended in the areas of the Syrian government.
The German foreign Ministry issued a report in November 2018 denying the existence of safe areas in Syria and was approved by the Interior Ministry.
The decision to prevent deportation was issued against three of her clients, said Syrian refugee lawyer Nahla Osman.
She adds that the decision is for new arrivals and no new decision has been issued for the old refugees.
A German nationalist movement hostile to Syrian refugees has published “War over, Syria needs you” posters, the German authorities quickly removed them and considered them illegal posters.
The consultation sessions between the interior and foreign ministries are likely to start in the Syrian file to decide on the issue of the refugees whose applications have been rejected, next week, and the sessions may continue until June this year.
