Housing construction in north Syria underway for refugees return – Erdoğan

DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced on Sunday that construction of housing projects in northern Syria is underway.

Speaking to reporters on his return from Azerbaijan late Saturday night, Erdoğan said that the construction of housing in northern Syria has already begun, and the return of refugees scattered across the world is accelerating with the establishment of stability and peace inside Syria.

He noted that since 2016, approximately 1.29 million Syrian refugees have returned to their homeland.

Commenting on the broader political developments, Erdoğan said that the sanctions on Syria have been lifted, emphasizing that those who possess vision can solve problems; those who lack it cannot manage anything.
