U.S.-led Coalition raid in Idlib captures several, 3 foreign women

IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – Field sources told North Press on Wednesday that the U.S.-led Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS carried out an airborne operation at dawn in the northern countryside of Idlib, northwestern Syria, capturing several individuals, including three foreign women.

According to the sources, multiple Coalition helicopters, supported by surveillance drones, took part in the raid on the town of Atmeh, north of Idlib. U.S. troops stormed a house belonging to a man named Mustafa al-Sheikh, which was rented by another family at the time.

The sources confirmed that during the operation, “several people were arrested, including three foreign women who were inside the house.”
