Israeli airstrikes on Damascus kill one, injure 18 – Health Ministry
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – The Syrian Ministry of Health announced on Wednesday that one person was killed and 18 others were injured as a result of Israeli airstrikes on the capital, Damascus.
Earlier in the day, Israeli warplanes launched strikes near the Presidential Palace and the Ministry of Defense in central Damascus, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing regional tensions.
The Israeli military confirmed that it had targeted what it described as an “aerial threat” in the vicinity of the presidential palace in Damascus.
