Coalition drone strike kills foreign fighter in Idlib
IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – A government source told North Press on Tuesday that a foreign fighter was killed in a raid by the Global Coalition that targeted a car near the Karama camp complex north of Idlib, northwestern Syria, marking the second targeting in hours.
Earlier in the day, a Global Coalition drone of type (MQ9) targeted a motorcycle on the outskirts of the city of Dana in the northern Idlib countryside.
Meanwhile, local sources told North Press that another person, a civilian from the city of Atarib, was killed in a raid believed to be by the Global Coalition that targeted a motorcycle on the road between the city of Dana and the Bardakli area in the northern Idlib countryside.
Meanwhile, accounts conflicted about the identity of the person who was killed in the first targeting.
The Syrian “Al-Akhbariya” news channel stated that three people were killed and another was injured in two separate airstrikes carried out by a drone, believed to belong to the Coalition, in the northern Idlib countryside.
Activists on social media said that a Coalition drone of type (MQ9) targeted a car on the Atma road north of Idlib, killing one person instantly.
