Israel targets military sites in central Syria for second time in week

DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – The Israeli forces announced on Tuesday that it had bombed two military bases in the Homs countryside, central Syria.

In a statement, the Israeli forces confirmed that they had struck targets within two Syrian military bases in Homs, claiming the sites contained military capabilities.

The statement specified that the targeted bases were Palmyra and T4.

This marks the second Israeli attack on military installations in central Syria within days. On March 21, Israel launched a similar strike on two bases in Palmyra, citing the presence of “strategic military capabilities.”

Additionally, on Monday, Israeli airstrikes targeted a military site in northern Daraa, reportedly containing several tanks.
