Car bomb blast kills 18 men, women in Syria’s Manbij
MANBIJ, Syria (North Press) – Eighteen people, including women, were killed on Monday and several others injured when a car bomb exploded in the city of Manbij, northern Syria.
According to local sources, the blast occurred at the southern entrance of Manbij, where a booby-trapped vehicle carrying agricultural workers detonated.
The explosion claimed the lives of 18 people, most of them women, and left more than 10 others injured, the sources added.
This follows a separate car bomb explosion two days earlier in central Manbij, which also resulted in multiple casualties.
