DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – The French Special Envoy to Syria, Jean-François Guillaume, highlighted the importance of inclusive participation in Syria’s rebuilding process during a meeting with representatives of Syrian civil society organizations in Damascus on Tuesday.
