Government’s warplanes target Aleppo city causing causalities
ALEPPO, Syria (North Press) – Warplanes of the Syrian government forces carried out on Sunday airstrikes on neighborhoods in the city of Aleppo, northwestern Syria, following an airstrike on the entrance of Aleppo University Hospital that resulted in casualties.
Local sources told North Press that Syrian-Russian airstrikes targeted Salah al-Din and Sayf al-Dawlah neighborhoods in Aleppo.
As of now, there is no information regarding the extent of the damage caused by the airstrikes on the targeted areas.
A medical source from Aleppo University Hospital reported that around 10 people were killed in the Russian strike on the hospital.
On Saturday, Russian and Syrian government forces conducted airstrikes on the city center of Idlib, resulting in 20 casualties at least.
