Israeli airstrikes target Syria’s Homs, cause material damage 

DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Syrian Ministry of Defense reported on Tuesday that Israeli airstrikes targeted two locations in Homs Governorate, central Syria, causing material losses.

In a statement to the state-run SANA news agency, the ministry said that Israeli forces launched an airstrike from the direction of northern Lebanon, targeting two sites in the countryside of Homs.

While the strikes resulted in material damage, the extent of the destruction has not yet been detailed. 

This attack adds to a pattern of near-daily strikes on sites within Syrian territory.
