ISIS blast injures 3 SDF fighters in Syria’s Hasakah – SDF

HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) – The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said on Sunday that three of its fighters were injured in an explosion caused by an Islamic State (ISIS) cell using a motorcycle bomb in the countryside of Hasakah, northeastern Syria.

The explosion was heard in the southern countryside of Hasakah along the road connecting Hasakah to Raqqa.

In an official statement, the SDF said that at 05:40 PM on Sunday, ISIS cells detonated a booby-trapped motorcycle driven by a suicide bomber near in Hasakah.

The SDF confirmed that the blast resulted in three fighters sustaining minor injuries.
