Israeli airstrikes hit 3 military sites in Damascus, Homs

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – Israeli airstrikes targeted early on Thursday three military posts in Damascus and the countryside of Homs in central Syria, killing one soldier, state media reported.

Syria’s state-run news agency SANA said the airstrikes targeted two military point in the Kafr Souseh neighborhood and another in the countryside of Homs.

SANA reported citing a military source that at approximately 3:40 AM, Israeli forces conducted airstrikes from the direction of the Golan Heights and northern Lebanon, hitting two locations in the Kafr Souseh neighborhood in Damascus and one military site in the Homs countryside.

The military source added that he attacks resulted in the killing of one soldier and the injury of seven others, in addition to causing material losses.
