SDF kills, injures 18 Turkish-backed SNA militants in northern Syria

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced on Friday the killing and injury of 18 militants of the Turkish-backed armed opposition factions, aka the Syrian National Army (SNA), in the countryside of Manbij and Tel Abyad, northern Syria.

In a statement, the SDF said that the Manbij Military Council, affiliated with the SDF, conducted two operations against the SNA factions in the northern countryside of Manbij.

The SDF added that the two operations resulted in the killing of six SNA militants and the injury of 10 others.

The SDF further pointed out that the Tel Abyad Military Council, affiliated with the SDF, carried out an operation against a military post of the Turkish forces in the village of al-Terwaziyah in the countryside of Tel Abyad and resulted in the killing of the killing of a Turkish soldier and the injury of another.
