IED blast injures 5 people in Syria’s Daraa
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Syria’s state-run news agency SANA reported on Saturday morning that an explosion in the city of Daraa in southern Syria left five people injured.
SANA said, citing a source in Daraa police, that an IED explosion occurred near the Panorama Roundabout at the northern entrance to the city.
The explosion resulted in five injuries, including a child and a woman, who were subsequently transported to Daraa National Hospital and al-Rahma Private Hospital for treatment.
On Sep. 5, unknown individuals killed three soldiers of the Syrian government forces in between the villages of Saida and al-Naimah in the east of Daraa, and injured two others.
