Iraqi forces destroy 3 ISIS hideouts in central Iraq
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – The Iraqi Security Media Cell (SMC) said on Saturday that the Iraqi Air Force destroyed three hideouts of the Islamic State (ISIS) in Saladin Governorate in central Iraq.
The SMC added that the air force carried out airstrikes using Cessna Caravans and destroyed three ISIS hideouts in Tooz District, completely destroying them and killing those inside.
The SMC statement highlighted that these bases were used to carry out operations against Iraqi security forces and civilians.
On Aug 18, Iraqi forces announced the arrest of three ISIS militants in Kirkuk Governorate.
