Iran plans to target 4 U.S. bases in northern Syria

DEIR EZ-ZOR, Syria (North Press) – A senior official of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Haj Mohammed, is planning to target U.S. bases in northern Syria with dozens of UAVs, exclusive security sources revealed to North Press on Saturday.

Haj Mohammed is the mastermind behind the attacks by al-Hefl militants on areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). North Press previously reported on meetings he had with officials from Damascus intelligence.

The source added that the targeted U.S. bases include al-Omar oil field, Conoco, Shaddadi, and the Hasakah base, also known as Wazir Rest House.

On Friday, a UAV targeted the U.S. Kharab al-Jir base near the town of Rmelan in Northeast Syria.
